Willow Brook II at Parker Lakes had Northern Contracting paint our buildings in June 2016. The Board of Directors and the residents have been very pleased with the quality of their work and their attention to detail. Matt Diamond was very helpful and patient while working out the proposal. The price was very reasonable.

Willow Brook II consists of five two story buildings with forty units in all. Northern power washed the roofs, buildings, outside stairs, railings and landings. We had the buildings, stairs, railings, landings and front doors painted. Owners could make arrangements with Northern to have their lanais painted. We used four different colors -walls of buildings, an accent color, a trim color and a color for the front doors.

Matt Diamond and the onsite supervisor were always available for questions and requests. All workers were polite, thorough, knowledgeable and eager to please.

A bit of history is in order. When we decided to have our kitchen and bathroom, etc. remodeled, we asked many of our Copperleaf neighbors for recommendations for a quality contractor. "Northern" repeatedly was named. When we contacted Northern, we found the designer to be exceptionally knowledgeable, professional as well as personable. We communicated initially by email and then had many in-person meetings with the designer at your offices. My wife and I worked closely with her regarding the design as well as picking out everything from cabinets, tiles, colors, bathroom and kitchen sinks, toilets etc., down to the exact knobs and screws. All was done in a painless fashion despite the many changes we made.

We also had great recommendations from the designer regarding picking out the Pompeii quartz from an outside fabricator. We then signed a contract which was exact, specific and fair. Our start and finish date was precisely on time. As we are New Jersey residents we were never on-site until the date of completion.

The final results exceeded our expectations not only as to the timeliness, but also the cleanliness, workmanship and beauty. We were kept constantly up to date by the designer by way of email photos of the project as it progressed. When we had our first viewing with you, the designer and one of your key work men we were "blown away" by a remarkable job. We were also pleased that any small matter on our short punch list was met with alacrity and exactness.

We cannot thank you enough for your excellent efforts in bringing the construction to a very happy conclusion. Without question, Betty and I would be pleased to discuss with any future clients our wonderful experience with Northern. Thank you again for making our home more beautiful and super functional.
